We work directly with leaders to set OKRs so that Series Be objectives are clear and key results are defined.  And we iterate until we get the right fit.

We also work directly with founders so that typical founder problems don’t become chronic ones, and we build leadership training into the normal workflow so your leaders can learn on the job and not skip a beat.
